A Notice of Intent to prepare a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement/Section 4(f) Evaluation for this project was published in the Federal Register on January 17, 2017.

On January 27, 2020, the Federal Highway Administration approved the Draft TIS SEIS. 

The Federal Highway Administration published a Notice of Public Availability of the Draft SEIS in the Federal Register on February 7, 2020. The 45-day comment period on the Draft SEIS closed on March 23, 2020.

The schedule for this phase of the project is shown in the graphic below.
